Statement of School Director

I wish to acknowledge parents, guardian, teachers, non teaching staffs, students, and other stakeholders for being with Arise Schools over several years. You have made us alive and successful. I believe that, our success depend much on God and you. Today, this school has become a better school for students comming from different regions of Tanzania and even the rest of the world. Arise Secondary School is a boarding, co-education school registered (S.4722) and privately owned school under proprietorship of Miss JANE ANDAMBIKE MAYALA. It provides Ordinary level secondary education to both girls and boys leavers from primary schools and Advanced level secondary education for those who have completed form four.

Arise secondary school is experiencing geometric growth as it attracts many parents to bring their children in the school as they are sure of getting quality education and other necessary services for their children.

Vision
The school vision is to provide quality education and training which prepares youths to become acceptable citizens in the society making them potential for economic, social and political sustainability of our nation at large.

Mission Statement
The school mission statement is to become among the highest quality education provider in Tanzania by ensuring that school posses every necessary inputs that will help the school realize the mission as it is expected.

Our Success

Our school is performing better in all competitive examinations i.e. in district level, regional level, zonal level and national level. In 2022 we were recorgnised by Mbeya District Council as among of the best performed secondary school in CSEE.

School performance is improving year after year and for 2022 on ward we expect more improvement due to the fact that staff members are working diligently in cooperation with the school management, students and all the stake holders.

For the school to achieve its main objectives the staff members teachers, non – teachers staff members and students are given first priority, so as school we offer them several motivation to encourage them perform better their duties, we award them both money (monetary motivation), materials motivation, study tour trips etc. All this make them enjoy the working environment hence enabling them to perform their responsibility comfortably to achieve the school goals / objectives.
